Nursing Home Zonnedael has been shut down by Director Bomhoff. Psychiatric in-patients, Bep Brul, the Major, Fats, Mrs. de Haas and Dr. Doolittle are re-introduced into society against their wishes. Nurse ten Hoeven, who always cared for the patients with great love and care, is grieving: her main purpose in life has gone. To make matters worse, she is kidnapped. When the patients hear of this they immediately jump into action. Under leadership of the Major, they embark on a mad and risky venture, which eventually reveals the incredible truth behind the kidnapping. Premiere: : 9 Juli 2014.
